You have already composed an email that lists all the answers to frequently asked questions from your customers. With an autoresponder, you can plug in your FAQ answer email and connect the autoresponder to the email address help@anydomain.com. Now any emails sent to help@anydomain.com will get a response email with your FAQ document. This process is automatic and requires no intervention from you. Imagine setting up a 5-part how-to series of emails that you'd like to send to people who subscribe to your mailing list. With an autoresponder, you would create the 5 emails and plug them into the autoresponder one time, then you would connect the autoresponder to your subscribe page on your website.
