MLM is one of the most morally correct and giving industries out there and most people not only do not realize that but they think the opposite. Many people have failed, and quit, without ever figuring out that the road to success in this industry lies through giving and caring about others. When you learn proper marketing techniques and practice them to build your business you have something that is proven to work that you can share with your team members. This is the formula for success in this industry and it is used by every successful network marketer. There is no way any business can be bad that requires its leaders to lead by example and to help others find success in order to be successful themselves. So, how can you give books away to promote your online business? It really is simple and inexpensive. You will need a small budget and one little tool that you can get pretty cheap. But if you want to sell anything, you need to advertise and even free strategies need massive action that is best done with time saving services and tools. First do some research and find out what books are the most popular for you industry. For network marketing you could add in personal development books also. Just do a search at Amazon.com and find the specific books for your business or product and you will be narrowing your target market to the most relevant. You can promote any type of business this way as long as there are books on the subject. Books about MLM, network marketing, and personal development are what the target market in this industry will be reading. My recent search came up with several relevant ones listed here; Be a Recruiting Superstar, Niche Internet Marketing, Your Internet Cash Machine, Success Secrets of Online Marketing Superstars, and Wave 4: Network Marketing in the 21st Century. There are also the all time favorites like; The Secret, How to Win Friends and Influence People, Think and Grow Rich, and Rich Dad Poor Dad. Once you know what the most popular books are, you look for used books with those titles. These books will be donated and you want to save money so don't be too picky. You can buy from used book stores and flea markets. You just want to get popular ones so the ones you get will have some demand. After you have your books, you go to a local printer or Staples, or Kinko's and get a rubber ink stamp custom made. It wants to say "For business opportunities in the (city you live in) area, contact (your name) at (phone number or email) or go to (website URL)." If you want to sell a product you would put that instead of "business opportunities." Just stamp the book 4 to 6 times and donate it to the library. It is better to make it about size 10 fonts or so and limit the times you stamp because you do not want to make it annoying and you want the library to take it. For years to come, when people see it they will check it out. If you have chosen the right books you will keep getting the right people to contact you. The strategy works the best when you do a specific search and do it once a year to keep up with the most popular. By donating these books you are assuring that those who use the library will be able to find books on this subject and, once they get good information on the subject, they are more likely to try their hand.
