Seeing a picture and learning more about someone on a social network is very powerful. Skype is a free tool where you can also find other skype members by an email or name search. This is powerful for communication with out of country prospects. You can instant message them or call them through your PC for Free with a microphone. If they speak a different language you can use a free service to translate text to another language.

The amount of lead follow up will depend on your time and amount of leads generated daily. Whatever, method you decide it is important to provide value for people. Your conversion will increase if you are able to incorporate all the methods that I mentioned. All methods should be done in a way that sounds like personal communication. Personal communication really does drive all marketing efforts.
